Refund rules for Vox credit purchases on Voxnari.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Vox credits on Voxnari (https://easyhourboost.com). Vox is a digital product credited to your wallet after payment is confirmed.
Online payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Refund requests may be handled by Stripe according to their policies and applicable consumer law.
2. Digital delivery
After a successful payment, Vox is added to your Voxnari wallet. Delivery is typically immediate. You can view balances and transactions in your wallet history.
Once Vox has been credited and used (sent to another user or spent in the platform), that value cannot be reversed except where required by law.
3. When refunds may be available
We want purchases to be fair and transparent. Refunds may be considered in the following situations, subject to verification:
- Duplicate charge or technical error that prevented correct Vox delivery.
- Unauthorized payment reported promptly with supporting details.
- Checkout amount charged does not match the package you selected due to a platform error.
- Other cases where refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
4. When refunds are generally not available
Because Vox is a consumable digital credit, refunds are generally not provided when:
- Vox was successfully delivered to your wallet.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- Vox was transferred or donated to another user.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- The purchase was made more than 14 days ago, except where law requires a longer period.
5. How to request a refund

If your purchase was made through Stripe, we may direct you to Stripe support or coordinate with them as merchant of record.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension and recovery of credited Vox.
7. Creator withdrawals
Earned Vox payouts are separate from Vox credit purchases. Refunds under this policy apply to purchases made through Stripe, not to fiat payouts already sent to a creator after an approved withdrawal request.
If a withdrawal was processed in error, contact [email protected] promptly with details. We may adjust wallet balances or recover overpayments according to our Terms of Service.
